NCplus1.0(System-On-Chip for Network Camera)Overview DescriptionThe NCplus is intended to be one chip solution for Network Camera applications. The chip contains an ARM720T processor, Hardware Motion JPEG engine, Ethernet Interface (MAC), Digital Camera Processor with Timing Generator for CCD and a number of peripherals and bus interfaces. Built-in peripherals include: two UART`s one SPI channel, one DMA controller, one interrupt controller, one real-time clock, one watchdog timer. Nineteen general purpose IO (GPIO) pins are provided and each pin is multiplexed with other function. Power management circuitry is provided. The external memory interface supports ROM, SRAM, Flash Memory and SDRAM with programmable timing. The SRAM interface supports interfacing to external peripherals.The NCplus operates at 48MHz main clock speed, and also supports dynamically programmable clock speeds of 24MHz, 12MHz, and 6MHz at 2.5V.
